The image also appears to suggest the anticipated cold gas thrusters, which are being developed by Tesla CEO Elon Musk\u2019s other major enterprise, SpaceX; these optional thrusters are intended to enable the Roadster to achieve flight in some capacity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second-generation Tesla sports car was initially announced in November 2017 and has faced several delays.
